Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A around 05:57 on February 17, 2014, Defendant A driven D's UA car with D's business, leading three-lanes prior to D's Jinjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council in the Jinjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jinjin-gu, and proceeded along one-lanes prior to the Jinjin-gu Council in the Jinjin-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

Although the Defendant should have immediately stopped and prevented the after-stop accident, the Defendant placed a car at a point of about 30 meters in front of the first lane, and returned from the car to the accident site and withdrawn the accident prevention measures, but the Defendant placed the victim's face in the F Spart area of the BF run run along the second lane of the said two-lane road.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to die due to the above occupational negligence at around 05:59 on the same day, such as two colonies in the above place.
2. Defendant B, with the time and time border as described in the preceding paragraph, driven a F Spart-type car, and led Defendant B to drive the said F Spart-type car along the two-lane two-lanes prior to the F PP-type Association in front of the said sub-sections.
