Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a farm in Chungcheong-gun C, and the victim D is the person who leases the above farm from the defendant and operates the chip.

At around 12:00 on December 10, 2014, the Defendant cut electricity from CCTV installed in the manager of the said farm to a camera, on the ground that the victim did not comply with the special agreement that he/she would buy fire insurance at the time of the lease agreement, and prevented the victim from observing the chickens raised through the above CCTV. From 14:00 on the same day to 14:00 on the following day, the Defendant, by correcting the entrance door of the said farm from 14:00 to 14:00 on the same day, prevented the victim from bringing the scambling necessary for raising the chickens, thereby obstructing the victim’s operation.
