1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding “(the same shall also apply where the plaintiff bears the entry of evidence No. 6 submitted by the court of first instance)” to “a lack of recognition” in Article 5-9 of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) thus, it is cited in accordance with Article 8(2)

2. The judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
