Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 17:00 on June 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C (36 tax) who was in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) expressed the victim’s desire at the public office of the Defendant’s real estate sales contract broker on the ground that the victim who arranged the Defendant’s real estate sales contract was infinite to the Defendant; (c) expressed the victim with a large voice, such as “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am back, I am back the victim’s face; and (d) expressed the victim’s disturbance at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the business of a certified broker office of the victim by force.
