On November 08, 2011, the Defendant assaulted the victim C at the alleyway near the Gyeongdong-gu Daegu Daegu High School, 60-18, Jung-gu, Daegu High School to pay money. On the ground that the Defendant paid money to the victim C from the alley road near the private high school affiliated with the North Korean University, the Defendant committed assault, such as spacing the right knife at several times with the floor of the chemical or hand, and spacing the head debt with a single hand, and spacing it into the wall.
