Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 28, 2012, the Defendant, while drunkly driving (0.108% alcohol level) at around 21:05, the Defendant driven a car-to-kick drive owned by B while having difficulty in driving normally, and driven the left-hand turn lane at a speed of 30km per hour in order to keep the right-hand turn at the speed of 30km.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the motor vehicle by safely reporting the traffic situation on the front-hand side and accurately manipulating the steering system, etc.

The Defendant driven approximately 700 meters of the above vehicle from the street in front of the Sincheon-dong 738-6 Samcheon-dong 738-2 of the Sincheon-dong 34-2 of the act of Silung-dong to the front day of the event distance, while under the influence of 0.108% of alcohol level in the time and time set forth in paragraph 1.
