Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2018, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a Danuri-pured car at approximately 5 meters from the Do in front of the Onnuri Hospital in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the same KTthro, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.072% of alcohol concentration during blood.
