The judgment of the first instance court is modified as follows. A.

The defendant shall pay 5,000,000 won to each of the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. A is a person who operates a beer franchise with the business mark "E", and the Defendant obtained a franchise license from A and operated E in the second floor of the Gu and Si roads from May 2013 to January 2017, 2017.

B. On March 30, 2013, A entered into a franchise agreement with the Defendant with respect to the instant franchise store (hereinafter “instant franchise agreement”).

Article 6 (Amount of Construction Work) A (A; hereinafter the same shall apply) and B (the defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall enter into an agreement on EM construction cost on the basis of the following estimate. The exemption from franchise and royalties, educational expenses, KRW 3 million, KRW 6 million for promotion of publicity, KRW 7.5 million for man-mades, KRW 98 million for man-mades (based on the drawings provided), KRW 16 million for man-mades, KRW 21 million for man-mades, KRW 90 million for man-mades, KRW 16 million for man-mades, KRW 21 million for man-mades, and KRW 90 million for man-mades.

1. Costs of interior works: (The total of KRW 1 million for removal and temporary installation works (which may be increased or decreased after the survey of the second floor), KRW 2.5 million for gas construction, KRW 14 million for air-conditioning works, KRW 14 million for air-conditioning works, KRW 5 million for fire-fighting facilities, KRW 5 million for fire-fighting facilities, and KRW 35 million for local governments, other than the Seoul Metropolitan area; and

2. Separate construction cost and the relevant matters: The matters subject to additional orders other than the written estimate shall be separately borne;

All kinds of facilities and figures in accordance with the item- fire-fighting license, permission costs (fire retardant, fire doors), electricity extension/market, sewerage/conditioning facilities, heating facilities/ internal and external joint-aid facilities/urban gas, LPG Corporation/static equipment and authorization, permission matters / ice washing equipment/ice washing equipment/ice washing machine/ice washing machine/ice washing machine/ice ice / Outside walls/ ices, additional 380,00 won per hbb.

3. The total cost of construction works: 190,000 won; value-added tax of 190,000 won; KRW 3 million; the franchise performance deposit of KRW 3 million; and the total final cost of KRW 212 million.
