1. As to KRW 720,00,000 and KRW 360,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall have 5% per annum from May 7, 2015 to September 24, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 6, 2015, the Plaintiff prepared a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) stating that the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the purchase price of KRW 3.6 billion on a deposit basis, the intermediate payment of KRW 150 million shall be paid on the date of the contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 150 million shall be paid on May 20, 2015, and the remainder of KRW 3.14 billion shall be paid on July 30, 2015, the remainder of KRW 3.144 billion shall be paid on July 30, 2015 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

B. The Plaintiff paid the Defendant the down payment of KRW 360 million on the day of the contract.

C.
