Punishment of the crime

At around 18:30 on July 24, 2012, the Defendant destroyed the property by cutting the 3glue trees owned by the victim and 46glue trees at two risk trees, on the ground that the victim does not grow up with his own crops due to severe trees planted in the dry field.
