Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered automobile shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the automobile to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendants decided to engage in the business of selling passenger cars under the name that they intend to take over and re-transfer the registered automobiles without the registration of transfer of ownership, and C, around July 2, 2016, at the office parking lot located in the Hanam-si, the Hanam-si, the Hanam-si, and received the oos car from D to F registered in the name of E, and had the Defendant without filing an application for registration of transfer of ownership of the same month.

6. On the road in front of the Daejeon-dong Daejeon-dong Daejeon, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and had it moved to G, and the Defendant received KRW 10 million from G and issued the certificate of registration and other documents.

As a result, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of automobile in collusion with C.
