Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle, other than those prescribed by Presidential Decree, on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around 12:12 on June 20, 2009, operated a B Car on the roads of the Kundong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu Busan, Busan, which was not mandatory insurance, and operated the said car on the roads of the city high-speed city in Busan, on December 26, 2009, on the road along the wharf of the city high-speed city in Busan, on March 26, 2009. On March 22:2, 2010, the Defendant operated the said car on the roads adjacent to the Seonamnam-dong-dong-dong, Busan, Busan, on November 23: 209, on the 3rd-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-Dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-Dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-.
