The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. A summary of the grounds for appeal by the Defendant and his/her defense counsel (misunderstanding of the facts) did not constitute a violation of the rules of conduct by entering the Defendant’s and his/her defense counsel by receiving 12 persons, such as juvenile F, from 10,000 won for singing practice room around January 16, 2014, on “D Singing practice room operated by the Defendant.”

Nevertheless, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds of the testimony of F without credibility, etc., thereby erroneous.

2. The judgment of the court below also asserted that the defendant did not have access to sings by juveniles, such as F, etc. at the time of the instant case as alleged in the grounds of appeal. The court below acknowledged the fact that according to the evidence, in particular consistent and specific F, I's investigation agency, and each of the statements at the court of the court below, the defendant allowed the juveniles to have access to sings as stated in the judgment of the court below. ① At the time of control, the time when the juveniles sings and singings were 17 minutes in the above sings and singings still remains, but the defendant cannot sings in the singing room unless the defendant entered the sings, and ② at the time of control, the defendant was allowed to check the CCTV images with the control police officer, and the above singsings were repeatedly shown in the same part.

In light of the fact that the defendant, who attempted to go to the Kabter, extracted all CCTV while pushing the above H, and eventually, the above H did not confirm CCTV images on its job, the defendant's assertion was not acceptable and found guilty of the facts charged in this case.

The circumstances of the lower court and the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court, i.e., F, I, J, M, and K, a juvenile who had entered the D Singing Practice Center at the time of the instant case, from the investigative agency to the court of the lower court, are men’s portion at the Esing Practice Center.
