A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2014, at around 21:30, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties by assaulting the Defendant, such as: (a) the head of the Suwon-nam Police Station D police box called out after receiving a report within Suwon-si B, Suwon-si; and (b) the head of the Dong-nam Police Station D police box sent out on the ground that the Defendant prevented the Defendant from taking a bath and riot; and (c) the head of the Dong-nam Police Station D police box called out.
