Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C In substance operating the Busan Jin-gu Child Center, Busan, while working as the facility site from June 2008 to November 201, 201, and from March 2012, 201, the Defendant is a child center in the E region from January 201 to November 2010, and a person working as the facility site from December 201 to March 201.
On February 2, 2010, the Defendant applied for subsidies related to facility operation expenses at the above E-Child Center in the first quarter of the pertinent year with C, and prepared a false list of the names of children who actually used children's centers and children's centers as if the number of children is less than 30, and submitted a false list of the names of children and children's centers to the Busan Jin-gu Office's desired welfare department to receive more subsidies than those to be actually received.
On February 3, 2010, the Defendant, together with C, received subsidies exceeding KRW 1,1430,00 in excess of KRW 1,2120,00,00 from C in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including the receipt of subsidies exceeding KRW 2,433,00,00 to be actually granted, as if the number of children who actually used the child center is less than 30,00,00 or more at the above E-Local Child Center’s office, by falsely preparing a list of names of attendance and use as if the number of children who actually used the child center is less than 30,00,00 or more.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, received subsidies in excess of KRW 1,212,00 from February 3, 2010 to March 8, 201 by false filing or other unlawful means.
