On June 10, 2019, the Defendant violated the duty of prohibition on driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more as above, and driven C City 100 Oral Ba, which is not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 300 meters from the front side of the road located in Gyeongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.121% under the influence of alcohol at around 21:42 on June 10, 2019, without obtaining a driver’s license.

On June 25, 2019, the Defendant violated the duty of prohibition on driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more as seen above, and driven CT 100 Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front side of the road located in Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeong-gun, with a level of alcohol concentration of 0.146% under the influence of alcohol at around 19:25 on June 25, 2019, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
