【On September 1, 2013, at around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking one of the night gallon 2 mobile phone mobile phones in which the market price on the part of another victim’s head cannot be known, at the hump room of the fifth floor located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
