A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2016, 08:24, the Defendant committed an indecent act in a non-fluent manner by closely sticking the Defendant’s bucks and the sexual flag to the victim’s name and unfluent mack, etc., with the line subway 2-4 partitions 9, which was operated in the direction of the sports complex in light of the light-fluent basin, and the victim’s name and unfluent mack, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against victims in the subway which is a means of public transportation.

The defendant and his defense counsel asserts to the effect that each legal statement of the witness C, D, and E (the defendant and his defense counsel may have any physical contact with the victims concentrated in the subway at the time, but they did not commit an indecent act against the victims.
