Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2018, around 22:45, the Defendant driven the B Car Quantities in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.134% alcohol concentration from the 1km section from the public parking lot in Ansan-si to the front road of the same Hanyang Building from the 540-dong, Ansan-si to the private road of the same Hanyang-si.
