A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Godan2483] The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 12, 2013 for the crime of damaging public goods, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 31, 2015.

On June 18, 2015, the Defendant at the Yangcheon Police Station 6, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at around 02:0, at the 1st police box of the New Month.

6. While confirming the progress of the disposition of the assault case committed by a police officer, he/she destroyed the water purifiers at his/her place to the prosecution so that it can be destroyed by breaking it in a double hand on the ground that he/she sent the case to the prosecution.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

[2015 Godan3183] On July 12, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to two years of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 21, 2015.

1. On August 7, 2015, at around 07:50 on August 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim E’s “F taxi’s right-hand string along the signal signal line, without any justifiable reason, from the front line of the “D convenience store” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened a door and enter the said taxi into the front line of the said taxi, thereby making the strings, strings, fashions, and joints, which are installed in the front line of the said taxi, and damages the said strings, 1,416,149 won for repairing the said strings, strings, etc.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed an act of damage as referred to in the preceding paragraph at the same time and at a place as in the preceding paragraph; and (b) committed an assault against the victim E (the age of 67) by taking the victim’s chest and boat back to the victim.
