Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant forged the construction contract at the office of the president of the medical corporation Dental E Hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si, on July 2016, and on January 5, 2015, the Defendant entered into a medical corporation D Medical Center E hospital’s president and outside repair work ( removal and interior work) within and outside the E hospital in an amount equivalent to one billion won for the construction cost, or did not actually carry out the construction. B.
