1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 173,680,149 as well as 2% per month from January 18, 2015 to the date of Down payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff extended a total of KRW 320 million to the Defendant on three occasions as follows: (a) KRW 50 million on May 20, 2013; (b) KRW 20 million on May 20, 2013; and (c) KRW 70 million on May 30, 2013; and (d) KRW 20 million on July 30, 2013; (c) interest rate of KRW 20 million on June 25, 2013; and (d) interest rate of KRW 20 million on June 25, 2013; and (e) interest rate of KRW 30 million on June 25, 2013; and (e) interest rate of KRW 2% on July 25, 2013;
B. If the defendant's partial repayment is appropriated in accordance with Article 479 of the Civil Act, the remaining principal and interest on the loan shall be as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
