Punishment of the crime

The victim B(the age of 21) was a student in practical training at the hospital where the defendant was working, but the victim and the defendant may know at all.

1. On May 11, 2019, at around 12:22, the Defendant: (a) took conversations with the victim on the instant flowers, etc. in front of the first floor of the D Hospital, which is located in Masung-si, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s fingers away from the victim’s body; (b) taking the victim’s fingers by the Defendant’s hand, etc.; and (c) forcing the victim to put the victim’s sexual part into force.

At around 12:39 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as, in front of the victim’s first floor female toilets underground of the above hospital, the victim is able to cover the part of the victim’s back by exposing his/her own hand, and breaking his/her part of the victim’s back. The victim “I am knife and knife” means “I am knife, I am knife, I am.” depending on the victim’s snife on the elevator side, I am knife the victim’s left chest while I knife the victim’s knife.
