1. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim

(a) The facts found in this part of the facts of recognition are as stated in the reasons for the claim, and it may be recognized in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 2 (including paper numbers) by taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings;

B. According to the above facts of determination, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 178,186,646 won (=135,935,352 won 40,498,053 won 1,753,241 won) and the total amount of 59,35,670 won (=26,35,670 won 33,000 won) as to the principal amount (=26,35,670 won) from February 4, 2015 to February 13, 2015, the date on which the original copy of the payment order of this case was served to the defendant, which is clear in the record, 15% per annum interest rate of the plaintiff from February 13, 2015, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, 30% per annum interest rate of 630,000 won until February 13, 2015.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
