Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2014, the defendant has been working as the Chairperson of the Senior Citizens Association, which is the self-living organization of the apartment C in Jeju.

At the representative meeting of the above apartment house occupants, there was a resolution and voting of the representative meeting of the tenant who refers the agenda for dismissal of the senior citizens' meeting to the defendant for the reason that the defendant caused water, such as embezzlement of public funds of the senior citizens' meeting, and accordingly, from October 14, 2015 to November 10 of the same year, the defendant sent three times a certificate of the contents that "the senior citizens' meeting is returned documents, such as documents, and the senior citizens' meeting carries personal goods in the senior citizens' meeting," but the defendant did not comply with this, the defendant was posted at the entrance door of the senior citizens' meeting located on the first floor of the above apartment management office around December 9 of the same year, and the warning letter stating "the senior citizens' meeting will be forced to enforce execution because the senior citizens' meeting is in operation, so the operation of the senior citizens' center is temporarily suspended," and the entrance was installed at the above senior citizens' meeting around the same month and corrected it.

1. Damage to property;

A. On December 25, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime around December 25, 2015, around 09:53, around the above center for senior citizens, the Defendant arbitrarily opened the warning letter and the warning letter attached by the resident representative conference at the entrance of the center for senior citizens, and destroyed and damaged them, and then arbitrarily dismantled the locks equivalent to KRW 20,000 of the market price where the victim installed by dissatising the key to name in light of 09:54 on the same day.
