1. The defendant, on October 29, 2004, is about 166,215 square meters of forest C, Gyeongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Daegu District Court.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 28, 2004, D entered into a contract with the Defendant for the sale of standing timber on the ground of 166,215 square meters (hereinafter “instant forest”) located on the land (hereinafter “instant forest”) in the Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “instant forest”) as follows (hereinafter “instant contract for the sale of standing timber”).

2. The purchase price shall be 40 million won;

The defendant shall complete 40 million won on the day of the contract to D, and D shall receive it regularly, and provide the defendant with all documents necessary for the establishment of superficies on standing timber of the above contract and establish this contract.

3. The contract period of the creation of superficies shall be five years from November 1, 2004; and

Provided, That the defendant shall complete the above-mentioned removal of standing timber outside forest land within the above-mentioned period, order D to order the above forest land and cancel superficies automatically.

The defendant's default shall pay 4 million won, which is 10% of the sales price of standing timber each year, to D with delayed funds.

Shed D received 40 million won from the defendant around that time, and on October 29, 2004, with respect to the forest of this case, "purpose: Ownership and scope of trees: the whole and duration of land: 30 years from October 28, 2004, superficies creation registration (hereinafter "the superficies of this case") was completed with respect to the defendant.

B. Donation D of forest land donated to the Plaintiff on December 13, 2004 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under the Plaintiff’s name on December 17, 2004.

C. (1) On November 19, 2010, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of the superficies of this case to E.

B. On March 29, 2011, the Defendant received a decision of provisional seizure (Seoul District Court Branch 2011Kadan237), the claim amount of which is KRW 100 million, and completed the registration.

On April 6, 2011, the registration of transfer in F name was completed on the superficies of this case, and the registration of transfer in G was completed on July 19, 2016.
