Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2016, at around 19:45, the Defendant expressed the victim’s wife “D” in front of the Cheongju-si operation “D” of the Cheongju-si operation of the Cheongju-si B, without any reason, and without any reason, expressed the victim’s wife “I ambling, Chewing, and this year,” and the victim who restrains it, “I ambling, I ambling, and I am dead.”
