A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2014, at around 15:50, the Defendant driven a BM3 car without a driver's license in front of the construction site of the Chuncheon-si apartment complex.
