Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a reporter, could have a big impact on the external image of the university by simply raising suspicions or posting a negative article in the case of the university. As such, the Defendant: (a) filed a claim against the university to disclose a large amount of information to the extent that it is difficult for the university to process the information within a given period; and (b) sought a claim for damages, etc. due to the negative publication of the relevant university, delay in requesting information disclosure, etc.; and (c) tried to collect money in the name of advertising expenses on the condition that the request for information disclosure is withdrawn or suspended.

Accordingly, on December 20, 2013, the Defendant filed a request for disclosure of information with a wide range of information to the extent that it is difficult for the Defendant to perform duties within the term of “the details of the budget expenditure and the disbursement evidence of the F University Culture Promotion Center from 2010 to 2013; all the details of the budget expenditure and the disbursement evidence of the International Vice-President, the Vice-President, and the Vice-President of the Ministry of Finance and Economy office (written goods, disbursement resolution, official document related to the tax invoice, deposit certificate, etc.); details of the development fund (monthly, statistics item, item on a monthly, general, and amount), etc.”
