A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around January 6, 2018, from around 21:00 to around 02:50 of the following day, the Defendant: (b) from the former B, C, D, and E, from the former west-gun F, the oil pipelines located, to install a pressure valve on the oil pipelines; and (c) to use the oil to be dryed, connected to the oil pipelines for the use of oil owned by the victim G (hereinafter “victim”) who flow through the oil pipelines by transferring the petroleum owned by the victim’s G (hereinafter “victim”) to the oil tank of oil tanks connected to the oil tank; and (d) in order to assist the Defendant, the police police tried to immediately call and notify C of the oil when called.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported the network in the vicinity of the above crime place. During that period, D and B cut up the soil around the oil pipelines buried below 2 meters by inserting them at the above crime place, and B and E installed a water pressure valve on the oil pipelines using a melting hole, and carried out a tent work. However, during the tent work, the Defendant got off the oil inside the oil pipelines and carried out a tent up to 15 meters by putting the fire on the oil inside the oil pipelines while putting it off to the tent, and then did not cut off the oil due to the suspension of work and the suspension of work.
