1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each corresponding amount and each corresponding amount stated in the attached Table 2 of the payment amount table.

Basic Facts
The defendant is a public corporation that manages and operates a national motorway, and the plaintiffs are employees belonging to the defendant, who retired from office around December 2012 to August 2015.
The main contents of this case related to the defendant's employee remuneration and welfare rules, enforcement rules of the same provision, payment rules of allowances, employment rules, and welfare expenses execution standards are as follows:
Article 3 (Definition of Terms) of the Regulations on Remuneration and Welfare of Employees (Definition) (1) The definitions of terms used in the remuneration of employees in Chapter II shall be as follows:
1. The term "basic pay" means the basic pay according to the grade and salary class;
2. The term “drawing allowances” means all kinds of allowances prescribed in Schedule 2;
3. The term “repair” means basic pay and various allowances;
4. The term “ordinary wages” means the total amount of basic wages and construction allowances;
(2) The definitions of terms used in the annual salary for employees referred to in Chapter III shall be as follows:
1. The term "annual salary" means the total amount of basic annual salary, performance-based incentives, and additional benefits that are paid for one year from January 1 to December 31 of each year;
2.The term "basic annual salary" means the sum of the following basic annual salary, job classification salary, and basic provisional salary:
The term "standard wage" means an amount determined by reflecting the career experience and accumulated performance of an individual.
(b) the term “duty grade” means an amount determined on the basis of a duty grade by reflecting the degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties;
Article 4 (Criteria for Calculation of Remuneration) The remuneration of the staff shall be monthly pay.
Provided, That where it is necessary to pay a daily amount or an hourly amount due to the nature of remuneration, the daily amount to be paid shall be calculated by 1/30 of the remuneration of the relevant month, and the hourly amount to be paid shall be calculated by 1/209 of the ordinary wage.
Article 5 (Calculation of Remuneration) (1) The monthly regular remuneration shall be calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
Provided, That in the calculation of overtime work allowances, night work allowances, and holiday work allowances, the preceding month.
