A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 208, the Defendant, along with D and E (one-day F Office Head Office), sold cyber money provided to customers at top level, such as the head office, duplicate company, general office board (franchising and managing pcambling and transferring and settling cyber money between pc and general office), store (franchising and selling cyber money to customers, visiting gambling sites and exchanging gambling in cash) with each personal name boxes operating gambling games using the Internet gambling site after deducting 12.1% of this amount from commission, and exchangeing the rest of cyber money to customers; 0.2% from the commission; 0.2% from the commission; 2.0% from the commission to the rest of the sales office; 2.0% from the sales office and management office; 3.0% from the sales office; 3.0% from the commission to the sales office; and 3.0% from the sales office and management office; 4.0% from the sales office and management office; 3.0.0% from the commission to the rest of the sales office.

With respect to the Internet gambling site's " Q," etc. from mid- November 2008 to March 2009, in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, R 203, etc., the Defendant: (a) along with I, J, D, H, etc.; and (b) I, and J, etc. develop " Q," which is the Internet gambling program; (c) G, a general copy of " Q," which is the Internet gambling site; and (d) approximately 30 persons, including Seoul and Y, operate the headquarters in the name of " Q," the Defendant and D, while operating the headquarters in the name of "S," and (e) around 30 persons, including Seoul and Y, provide customers with a "PC," through cyber money and exchange "S," which can receive cyber money, and (e) K, on March 4, 2009.
