1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. Plaintiff’s entry into the Republic of Korea and refugee application - Plaintiff’s nationality: Islamic Republic of Pakistan (hereinafter “Pakistan”): Entry: on November 18, 2014, short-term visit (C-3) sojourn status (C-6 February 16, 2015 on the expiration date of stay) - Application for refugee recognition: February 16, 2015

The defendant's decision not to recognize refugee status (hereinafter referred to as "disposition of this case") - Grounds: No well-founded fear of fear that he/she will suffer from persecution cannot be recognized.

C. The Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on January 18, 2016, but dismissed on September 9, 2016 [Grounds for recognition] The Plaintiff did not dispute any of the grounds for recognition; entries in Gap’s 1 through 5; Eul’s 1 through 3 evidence (including branch numbers if any) and the purport of the whole pleadings;

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was carried out activities, such as attaching a banner to publicize the party as a sponsor of the NP Party from Pakistan to around 2003. Around 2005, there has been two instances of intimidation calls from the lelebane to cancel the NP Party support activities, and there has been a total amount of attacked from those presumed to be the lebane around May 7, 2014.

After the total shooting incident, the plaintiff was living in the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Korea, such as Kala, Sha, Sama, etc. who left the Republic of Korea.

In the event that the Plaintiff returned to Pakistan, the Plaintiff was able to be stuffed from the Lestan, which led to the application for refugee status of this case.

The terms used in this Act shall be defined as follows:

1. The term "refugee" means a foreigner who is unable or does not want to be protected from the country of his/her nationality due to well-founded fear that he/she may be injured on the ground of race, religion, nationality, status as a member of a particular social group, or political opinion, or a foreigner who has resided in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as "member country") before entering the Republic of Korea due to such fear, or who has not returned to the country in which
