1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties-related Plaintiff operates a social welfare foundation D (hereinafter “Plaintiff-care center”), and the Defendants are E, who were the original students of the Plaintiff-care center, and were difficult to do so on September 2017.

나. 사고 발생 경위 (1) E은 2017. 9. 22. 11:19경 원고 어린이집 1층 F반(만 2세이상부터 만 3세 미만으로 구성된 반) 교실에서 영어회화 수업이 종료된 이후 자리에서 일어나 빙글빙글 돌다가 G(만 1세반)와 충돌하면서 엉덩방아를 찧으면 자리에 넘었졌고, 이후 E은 자리에서 일어나 계속하여 빙글빙글 돌다가 G가 가볍게 손으로 밀치자 바닥에 쓰러지면서 이마우측에 부종과 멍이 드는 상해가 발생하였다
