1. The text of the judgment of the first instance, including the Plaintiff’s claim expanded in the trial, shall be modified as follows:

1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties; or (b) Gap evidence Nos. 1-1-3 and 2; and (c) the overall purport of the arguments and arguments.

In Daejeon High Court Decision 2002Na4977, the Bankruptcy Trustee of the Grievance Credit Cooperatives (C) was sentenced to the judgment that “B shall pay 94,427,407 won to D and each of its own Deposit Insurance Corporation and 94,427,407 won with 5% per annum from April 27, 2000 to March 5, 2003, and 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.”

The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. On June 17, 2003, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation collected KRW 6,775,656 as principal and interest and KRW 2,198,94 as damages for delay, respectively, as principal and collected KRW 1,00,000 as principal on May 7, 2004.

C. B (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on December 22, 2003.

The inheritance relationship of the deceased is as shown in the attached list, and the defendant inherited the claim based on the above judgment solely due to the renunciation or death of senior inheritors.

On September 23, 2008, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation transferred the remaining claims to the Plaintiff (formerly: Reorganization Financial Corporation) on September 23, 2008 and notified the Defendant of the remaining claims.

2. According to the above facts, the remaining claims based on the above ruling as of May 7, 200: (i) 94,427,407 annual 54,427,407 x 5% annual x 13,493,491,477 x 67. 65% per annum 25,665,67, June 17, 2003 (104, 1046, 2565, 207 x 75% per annum 65, 2075, 205, 365, 205, 205, 205, 365, 67, 205, 205, 365, 207, 207, 365, 365, 407, 25% per annum x 25% per annum 1046, 365, 36375, 27545
