A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Yeongdeungpo Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 23, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime from Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 14, 2011, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on May 1, 2003.
