1. The Plaintiff concluded a sales contract between the Defendants on October 22, 2012 with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 27, 2012, the Defendants are those who obtained approval from the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor for a housing construction project that newly constructs apartment houses (C) and their ancillary and welfare facilities on the Seo-gu, Seo-gu and 71 parcel, and the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) from the Defendants.

B. On October 22, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) prepared the sales contract for commercial buildings in the instant complex C (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”); and (b) paid KRW 160,000,000 for the first down payment at the time of the instant sales contract; and (c) paid KRW 160,00,000 for the second down payment on October 29, 2012, respectively.

b. Article 1 (Sales Price and Payment Method) ① The sale price of the above displayed commercial building shall be one hundred and thirty billion won per day (including the 1,300,000,000, and the value added tax), and “B” shall pay at the place designated by “A” according to the following payment methods:
