1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 104,55,00 won with 15% per annum from October 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On June 13, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the construction work upon the Defendant’s request for KRW 65,000,000, while entering into a contract with the Defendant for the construction work of the new construction of the land-based neighborhood living facilities outside C and two parcels of land, both of which were awarded a contract for the construction cost of KRW 340,00,000.

(However, the additional construction cost shall be 34,55,000 won). (B)

The Plaintiff’s claim for the remainder of the construction work against the Defendant (i.e., the additional construction cost of KRW 70,000,000 for the remainder of the construction work and KRW 34,55,000 for the additional construction cost of KRW 70,000 for the remainder of the construction work)
