Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the management office of B Apartment-si, Chungcheongnam-si (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).

1. Crimes committed on November 2, 2015;

A. On November 2, 2015, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the property of the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 211, the Defendant destroyed its utility by removing one water meter equivalent to KRW 18,00 of the market price installed on the wall of the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 211, on the ground that C had failed to pay the management fee for the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 211, and that C had resided therein for three months.

B. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged property against the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 401

On the same day as stated in the subsection, D residing in the front corridor No. 103, 410 of the apartment of this case had reached its utility by removing one water meter equivalent to 18,000 won in the market price installed in the wall on the ground that D had failed to pay for three months of the apartment management fee.

2. The crime committed on November 3, 2015;

A. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant suffered property damage to the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 304 on November 3, 2015, and around November 11, 2015, on the ground that E residing in the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 304, the apartment management fee was unpaid for three months, and thus, the Defendant removed one water meter equivalent to KRW 18,000 at the market price installed on the wall of the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 304.

B. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged the property against the instant apartment No. 103 Dong 603

On the same day as stated in the subsection, the F, which had been residing in the front corridor No. 103, 603 of the apartment of this case, failed to pay for three months of the apartment management fee, has been removed from 18,000 won of the market price installed in the wall and has been effective by removing 18,00 won of the water meter.
