A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2019, at around 2:30 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant in the first floor of the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building B, sold the victim’s math to the string of the iron string (1m in length) that is a string (1m in length) of the victim’s face when he or she was in dispute with the victim C (M, 31 years of age).

In light of the contents of the instant crime and the risk of the occurrence of a serious life accident, etc., the Defendant’s liability for the crime is not easy, the degree of injury suffered by the victim is relatively heavy, and the victim’s failure to recover from the damage was not properly submitted by the investigative agency a written petition of no penalty against the Defendant at the investigative agency, and submitted a written petition of no penalty against the Defendant to this court.
