1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2017 to the date of full payment.

If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff lent KRW 35,000,000 to the Defendant on December 9, 2016 without setting interest and the maturity for payment. The Defendant decided to immediately return the loan upon the Plaintiff’s request for the return of the loan, and the fact that the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to return the loan, but the Defendant failed to comply therewith.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 35,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 24, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
