A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on January 4, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on July 20, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million due to the same crime in the Young-dong Branch of the Cheongju District Court on July 20, 2009, and three times of the same kind.

On September 29, 2015, the Defendant driven Bmp car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.142% at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front of the “frequency cluster” in the Guro-si, Sinsi to the front of the rooftop street located in the same Dong from September 29, 2015.
