Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Food Sanitation Act is a person who operates a singing practice room called “D” in the Seo-gu Seoul 2th floor of Gwangju metropolitan city.

2. 3. At around 14:00 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness in the case of violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act against H and F in the same court No. 2012 High Court No. 2795 at the Gwangju District Court No. 302 located in the Gwangju Dong-dong, Gwangju, and became a witness and became a witness after being notified of the right to refuse to testify.
