Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months and suspension of qualifications for each of the two years and six months.

However, for 4 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Ⅰ. All Facts

1. On July 20, 1957, the defendant has completed the execution of his punishment after he was sentenced to a maximum of one year and six months, or a short of one year, in the Chuncheon District Court for a crime of espionage preliminary to act as a secret agent.

2. The Defendant’s status and activity status as the Defendant was admitted to E (hereinafter “E”) around 200, and thereafter, from around 2003, F (hereinafter “F”) was the Vice-Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of Seoul E (hereinafter “F”), from around 2004, the Defendant works as Vice-Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the F South Korean Department from around 2004, and as Vice-Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the F South Korean Department from around April 4, 2012 to the present date, while acting as the President for Vice-Chairperson of the F South Korean Headquarters, the Defendant represents the F South Korean Department and takes the lead in various activities of the F South Korean Headquarters, such as holding a meeting of anti-government and anti-U.S., jointly with the third party

F The Vice-Chairperson of the Fnam-gu Headquarters is an ex officio central committee member, and is the highest decision-making body of the Fnam-gu Headquarters, such as the amendment of the FGG and the election of the Speaker, and is the core position to conduct deliberation and resolution on the whole project of the FF Southern-gu Headquarters by participating in the meeting of the Speaker

The chairperson of the F South Korean side headquarters shall represent the South Korean side headquarters at the meetings of the F South Korean side headquarters, North Korean side headquarters, and the joint chairperson of the overseas headquarters represent the South Korean side headquarters, preside over various important meetings, such as the central committee meetings of members of the F South Korean side headquarters, the chairperson's meeting, and the central committee of execution, and shall represent the F South Korean side headquarters at the overall responsibility and enforcement of the F Korean side

3.
