The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting the Defendants on the grounds that there is no proof of crime as to the facts charged in this case, and sentenced them not guilty.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the establishment of a crime of confinement or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on substantial direct psychological principle, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
