A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of injury from the Seoul Western District Court, and the same criminal records are more than six times. On October 28, 2012, the Defendant issued an order for ad hoc measures to prohibit frequent assault against the victim C (V, 59 years old) who was divorced by the same court on October 28, 2012 from approaching the victim’s residence within 100 meters from the victim’s residence. However, after obtaining implied consent from the victim, the Defendant lived in the victim’s house.

1. On September 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc. intimidation) said that, at around 07:00 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was at the home of the victim of the fourth floor of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul DD building; (b) was able to take a visit by a person who was under the influence of alcohol and was requested by the victim to take a house from the victim; (c) obstructed the victim; and (d) was locked on the floor; (c) then the victim was cut off with the wall of the victim; and (d) the knife, which is a lethal weapon, was 5cm with the victim’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

2. Around 08:00 on October 8, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s breath by drinking alcohol at the victim’s house and drinking spaths, and breathing the victim’s breath from the victim’s house, booming the breath’s breath, booming the victim’s breath with breath’s breath by breathing the brea

Around October 14, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim with the knowledge that the victim would go to another place where he was under the influence of alcohol in the said victim’s house and that the victim would go to the other place in the future, saying, “I will not leave the board of directors. I will die in the house.”
