Reasons
The grounds for appeal are examined.
A final appeal may be filed with the Supreme Court with respect to a small-sum case prescribed in Article 2(1) of the Trial of Small Claims Act and Article 1-2 of the Trial Rules of Small Claims, only where any ground prescribed in Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act exists.
However, in this case where it is obvious that appellant is a small amount of case, the reason why appellant is paying taxes on the grounds of appeal does not constitute a ground for permission of appeal as stipulated in Article 3 of the above Act, and therefore, it cannot be a legitimate ground for
