1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 17, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

The statutory interest rate is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; from October 1, 2015, Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., recognizing only 20% per annum from the date following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment, and the exceeding part is dismissed.
