Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2012, 5014"
1. From October 14, 201 to 15:00, the Defendant destroyed each of the above corrective devices by using the gaps in the absence of victims, for the reason that the victims did not pay the construction cost in E-building Nos. 201, 202, and 401 owned by C victim D and E-building Nos. 301, 302 owned by C victim F, and 301, and 302, the victims did not pay the construction cost.
2. The Defendant, when and at the time and place of the above paragraph (1) above, intruded the victims’ respective dwellings by replacing the entrance rectification devices, 201, 202, and 401, and 301, and 302, respectively, owned by the victim D and leased them to others.

1. The Defendant damaged each of the above corrective devices in the market price by not setting up three key repair holess, and replacing them with other keys, on the ground that the construction costs set forth in subparagraphs 101, 102, and 402 of the E building 101, 102 and 402 of the E building managed by the Victim G from around October 14, 201 to around 15:00 due to the fact that the Defendant was not able to cover construction costs.
2. In the same time and place as above, the Defendant infringed upon each of the above dwelling premises of the victim, such as replacing the entrance correction devices, replacing the correction devices of the entrance door, Nos. 101, 102, and 402 managed by the victim G, entering the above dwelling units, and leasing them to another person.
