A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served in Busan Metropolitan City D from August 23, 2003 to March 3, 2010 as a public official belonging to Busan Metropolitan City.

E is a person who operates F and G Co., Ltd., F Co., Ltd., from 2003 to Busan H apartment execution project, and G Co., Ltd., respectively, promoted the same I apartment execution project.

The execution project of the above apartment was completed after filing a report on the commencement of construction on June 26, 2007 following the approval of the district unit plan around July 13, 2005, the approval of the four complex project plan around April 24, 2006, the approval of the three complex project plan around June 20, 2006, and the construction was completed after obtaining the approval of the use by Dong around January 201.

Busan Metropolitan City D took charge of the affairs such as the designation of an implementor of an urban planning facility project and the authorization of an implementation plan, including the formulation of a district unit planning zone plan plan, the establishment of access roads to apartment houses, and the installation of drainage facilities, in relation to the above apartment execution project. From January 1, 2007 to March 3, 2010, the Defendant was in charge of the affairs of development, management and urban planning in the above D, and the affairs of authorization and permission for the establishment

As above, the Defendant, as well as J 3 and 4 apartment complex implementation projects, promoted other private housing construction projects, etc. in JJ only for a long time, demanded money and valuables in the form of investment bond against the Defendant’s L.

E makes a solicitation to the Defendant to the effect that “all conveniences related to authorization and permission in the course of implementing apartment projects, such as the establishment of access roads to apartment houses, are well considered,” and the sum of KRW 15 million on May 9, 2007, KRW 15 million on July 24, 2007, KRW 20 million on September 18, 2007, KRW 57 million on October 17, 2007, and so forth.
